Eating To Live

Eating To Live is guaranteed to help you lose weight, sleep better and increase your daily energy levels.

How is this possible?

Eating To Live is not a 'diet' consider it more of a healthy eating plan.  Get rid of all the daily rubbish we consume and start to eat regular small meals five times a day and see the difference after 4 weeks.

Dont worry about not being able to eat out because of your restrictive diet.  Eating To Live is recognised in several restaurants around the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire and expanding all the time.

What do you get?

You will have an initial consultation with one of our REPS qualified trainers.  This will involve body circumference measurements, weight, fitness profile etc.  After this you will receive a four week meal plan.  So you never have to worry about what to eat.  You can follow this plan day by day or pick any meal/snack suggestion.  I guarantee by the time you are halfway through the four week course you will be making up your own meals and using the blank meal planner given to you at the start.  Why not compare meal plans with friends and come up with the most creative and delicious meals!

Mabys

Mabys food delicatessen in Stow on the Wold are working with us on Eat To Live.  Before you start the diet you will need to go through your kitchen and use up or give away all the ingredients and food you have that doesnt meet the Eat To Live plan.  Then go to Mabys and get yourself a starter pack with all the ingredients you require to create the meals in the four week plan.  See we have thought of everything for you!
