We will always offer you a free initial consultation
This consultation is designed as an initial meeting between you and your trainer to discuss your reasons for personal training and to get a detailed account of your exercise and medical history. We then move onto a fitness, postural and movement assessment but please rest assured that this is nothing too strenuous! There is no commitment at this stage; it is simply an initial free consultation to ascertain how we could best meet your needs as your personal trainer.
Should you choose to train with us, you have our guarantee that every session is designed to give you the best possible results. Unlike a gym where you follow a set programme alone, our Powell Fitness trainers structure every individual session so that you are progressively working towards your own fitness goals and targets. We believe this is essential if you are to derive maximum benefit from your training and get results as quickly as possible. We also believe such individual attention is essential for motivation and enjoyment!
